we really needed early check in with baby sleeping

the pool had issues it was green they worked on it by the time we was leaving it was better...

well i responded asking if possible early check in and asking again about a birthday surprise but again no reply back

everything was great! my kids really enjoyed the pool!

saturday, after dinner, we went up to the hotel bar for some drinks and to watch the parade

staff was very friendly they were able to do early check in without hesitation and were very helpful
