they allowed early check in as the hotel is huge and has many

pool, decor, good breakfast

size of our triple room was more than adequate and we had a nice view looking over the swimming pool

nieve was charming and spoke very good english the pool was brilliant and jorge, the lifeguard, spoke good english too

we also got an early check in which was appreciated

the room service at the hotel was very good

was understaffed, we wanted to use the spa but impossible to make a reservation, no body picking up spa

though we only made use of the water)

lobby bar was very uninviting since it was so quiet, no piano or any type of soft music

the early check in option went well.

dining area is very small and can have screaming kids

spa bath, double shower and quality toiletries

the kids loved the bunk beds.

the staff at reception and cafe/ bar were very friendly and attentive

one of our party was unwell and the hotel accommodated an early check in

there are coin operated laundry machines in the building next door that hotel guests are permitted to use

no price list for laundry.

i asked for a late check out which wasn't possible but i was offered great, sensible and useful alternatives

laundry facilities were a bonus
