the village, small and cozy just enough for two people :) very accommodating when i requested a early check in and late checkout

bbq area was great, pool is heated

the pool was refreshing, clean and not too cold

pool is large and sparkling clean

everything (barbecues, kayaks, canoes, bikes, pool, games) was functional and ready to use

the view and balcony, allowing early check in

the room had a fireplace, jacuzzi tub and kitchenette

breakfast was good at teddy bear

ants in the kitchen area.

they provided breakfast which we didn't try till morning of our check out

the location is good, walking distance to village. early check in at 1:30.

it is located near the lake and boating. it has a swimming pool which is nice on hot summer days

spa tub and room. great customer service and friendliness from owner sunni.

traveled with our 3 kids after the long weekend and it’s been pretty empty

the location was good and staff was accommodating with early check in

they were kind enough to allow me an early check in & a later check out

as you clean up after yourself outside all the amenities are available at anytime, including the pool and spa

everything. our spa tub was amazing and the bed was super high up off the ground

the pool is nice and big with partial sun/partial shade so it was perfect

early check in with text messages as soon as cabins were ready

they allowed us a really early check in. place was roomy but cozy. lots of parking.

hotel up-graded us which was very nice of them and we had a view of the pool and the hotel was so close to big bear village, which was a bonus for us

hot tub was cold and there were about 20 kids and adults in the hot tub- i don’t think they were even staying at the hotel

beds were very comfortable. loved the early check in.

staff let us have early check in after getting out of la during the fires

the free breakfast was ordered from a menu as well as self-service for other breakfast items like waffles,

i was sad the gym and rec room was closed, but under the circumstances i totally understand.

we really needed early check in and to our surpise we were about to check in over 2 hours early

the bathroom was adequate, the water got plenty hot and i enjoyed the sprayer ud83dude03 the parking was very convenient

we were able to early check in around 12pm during busy weekend

i worked out a couple of times in the amazing gym

area is very beautiful has a small private beach, pool jacuzzi, game room for kids, full restaurant & bar

my husband was impressed with their gym and spa services
