i liked how the staff accommodated my early check in request

pool water looked murky and made me hesitant to let my kids swim which they desperately wanted to

gym is dirty and windows are dirty, especially in the gym

pool bar wasn't open a lot for a weekend in the summer.

great location to the arena! was allowed an early check in to enjoy the day.

a kitchenette, i expected at least a few pieces of silverware

since there was a little kitchen in the unit, we also thought there would be paper towels, dish soap, and some cookware, but

the full kitchen was a bonus, as well as the storage area

nice to have kitchen but need to actually furnish kitchen a little like other places do
