a hotel manager i know it can be difficult to always accommodate special requests, especially an early check in on a busy day, but the front desk person was exceptional

the pool was well mai rained and clean and the slide is an awesome plus

front desk was able to accommodate a 1st floor room and early check in.

minerva's was nearby for us to grab a bite to eat

in a chair across from my room talking on his phone loudly, kids running around, people from the bar coming and going and not being quiet

pool area is clean and little kid friendly
