was very friendly and accommodated an early check in before we hit the slopes for the afternoon

the balcony was facing the window to the indoor pool, so we didn't have the best view.

the spa and pool were lacking in cleanliness. i'm guessing it's the water quality.

like better television choices and better breakfast

breakfast was available from 6-10 am and due to covid was a bagged breakfast vs

tons of selections including hot foods, staff were really nice letting us do an early check in, and everything was very clean

nothing well maybe no pool

they let me have late check out, that was very helpful.

the breakfast was so good i had to walk a couple doors down and get more for the kids

are advertising a hot breakfast but it wasn’t hot

we also had asked for an early check in and they were able to accommodate us with 1 of the rooms hours earlier than check in

our kids were very surprised by the complimentary limo service, which is a highlight of their trip

which is totally fine, but there was just a lot of running around and kids yelling through the halls

was clean staff was friendly breakfast was good the only thing was the shower head it sucks but all around very nice will stay

they have coin operated laundry but ask you not to do it after 9pm because the machines are too loud for some guests

was checking in after working a 13 hour night shift and the staff accommodated an early check in

i accidentally slept through the continental breakfast but they do have one
