sweet welcoming staff who allowed us early check in

apartment-type facility, plenty of parking, all furniture and facilities in excellent and functioning order

i arrived in town at 10am and had to wait until 4pm to check in as they wouldn’t accommodate an early check in

their restaurant and bar seemed to have fairly limited hours.

solved a room capacity issue in a friendly and proactive manner, excellent restaurant and bar and the location can't be beat for a great tourist experience

friendly and helped us get a pizza ordered for our arrival since we were arriving right after the kitchen would be closed, and the sheets and bedding in the rooms was amazing

had a room with a fireplace and a bar area and a separate sleeping room

received the early check in and the large patio to our deluxe king suite

the spa was amazing loved the staff dianne was very sweet and very helpful

wish they would have a continental breakfast as they did in the past

my regret, i didn't have time to use the spa facilities

i arrived 10 am on my check in day and was told that early check in was not possible
