very helpful when i call for early check in

signal on television didn’t work and pool was not able to be used due to maintenance

new, nice large room with complete kitchen. view of the river!

the room was ready for us when i called for an early check in, breakfast was good (average complimentary hotel breakfast) coffee was on and hot

thought the fact that the lady was trying to charge 45 dollars for early check in when a room was available

we wanted to let the kids play in the pool, but the delay robbed them of that

the pool was open til 10 pm, the fitness room 24 hrs, laundry room as well

any room 237 and up the view was of the pool breakfast had no meats just biscuits eggs gravy no orange or apple

she was able to accommodate an early check in for us so we could make it to a wedding in time

bed was comfortable, along with the sheets and pillows. the hot tub and pool was a major plus.

and the pool was warm and clean and the hot tub was the perfect temperature

i had messed up the reservation date and they were able to accommodate me and also get me early check in since i was in a wedding

room and roof-top event for watching fireworks over the mississippi that included an open bar and buffet were top-notch

rooftop bar was great had live music the night we stayed

the room was comfortable and amazing, the lobby was our favorite spot, and the pool was the girls favorite

the staff very helpful and we got to have early check in which was great

they seemed like they were made for kids and not adults

towels were stained(dirty), the pool was always full so my kids could not swim any time of day friday night 6pm through sunday

for which we booked this hotel were all dysfunctional--the pool and hot tub were broken, the laundry didn't work, there was a big mess because of remodeling, the light of the sink was broken,

also, the wifi did not connect me to the internet

our first time but the young man that checked us in was very friendly and honored our early check in request

i also loved the setup of the pool

front desk staff was awesome , the entire property was very clean, hotel employee in the bar was a drlight, the food was delicious and my entire stay was very enjoyable
