they were kind to give us an early check in. breakfast was hot and delicious.

the pool was cold. the housekeeper just walked in without waiting.

though i like the hot tub the jets didn't work and the pool was closed.

also, they had christmas activities out for kids in the lobby and they had a shuttle you can take to the polar express train

the bed was really comfortable, the gym was well stocked and the breakfast options were plentiful

of the rooms and the staff is accommodating to requests such as room away from the elevator and early check in

the area leading to the indoor pool with the huge fire pit

this hotel stay was great, my granddaughter loved the pool and the breakfast.

it is great for kids the wifi and ethernet was great.

outside of that,they are friendly,reasonable on dog fee,very pet friendly,and a reasonable early check in fee

no pool ,no breakfast ...

pool closes way too early and dogs are allowed to run everywhere unleashed

full size fridge, pool looked great as far as water but never got to get in.

one of our group who's room was by the pool had to listen to people talking outside her room during the night
