ease of early check in and shuttle to casino

early check in they had microwave and refrigerator

no room service, it's not the same from before, we still enjoyed the casino

food selection was very slim. and after 10pm there was nothing to eat no even room service.

staff was very friendly, early check in was great, clean facility, and good standard breakfast.

breakfast consist of eggs,sausage bagel, toast, make your own waffles with syrup

the included breakfast was good and had many options: eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee &

manager and breakfast staff, debra went above and beyond to make our stay great

the cleanliness, friendliness, i was able to do early check in

it was perfect. has an outdoor kitchen, half court basketball, breakfast was amazing

love how there was a basketball court at the hotel because i love playing basketball and how the pool felt when i got in there

room had kitchen area included

there is no indoor pool which was disappointing as that’s the reason we booked this particular hotel

to check in around 230 pm (had requested an early check in)

we arrived to lake charles sooner than expected and we attempted to try early check in and she informed us she had a room available and that she could help with that

we were coming into lake charles for a funeral and we needed an early check in time in order to travel from out of state and get here to be able to get dressed

took the stairs on the way down after check in , the kids just wanted the exercise ( go figure ) on the second floor the stairwell was taped off with

wish bar was open

i went there on a medical issue and was supposedt to have early check in but that did not happen

breakfast was outstanding, so many choices, friendly staff, much more than i expected and the staff

and i cannot forget our amazing shuttle bus driver, he was the best and so kind
