after a very emotional 4+ hour drive that had us arriving an hour early, sam was kind enough to waive the early check in fee and got us to our room within 10 minutes

when we requested an early check in, they were very accommodating, even though they were completely booked and busy

room was ready early but they made me pay an extra $20 for early check in
