i liked the early check in.

no indoor pool

breakfast, updated rooms, food pantry for kids, lobby for kids

wifi was only so-so, unless you paid extra or were a member of their loyalty club and breakfast was

no documents in the room that provided info on the facility the surrounding area or how to use wifi or adjust room temperature etc

rrquest for an early check in was granted

friendly service and accommodating with early check in request.

also nice seating in lobby and a pool table

the king suite with kitchen has ample space and what you need to have simple meals

i asked if i could pay for an early check in, they would not accomodate

i got to my room with my kids open the door and it smelled so bad like cigarettes

the ac was broke only one towel i booked two rooms two adults 5 kids asked if we could both rooms next to each other i was told no boy could he same hall

our flight landed early and they accommodated us and allowed early check in

i could go the bathroom in peace (which doesn't happen much when you have kids)

had kids and the pool was down...one of the reasons i chose hotel !!!!
