stayed here on our visit to universal and our plane arrived 5 hours early

for an early check in on booking

early and found there was an issue with the amended booking and only one of two nights was showing

especially that there were no issues (or sur-charges) for an early check in

evening kick back was great/pool good/staff very helpful/price for value

the staff here were incredibly friendly and kindly provided an early check in

the light coming from around the window shades was a bit bright. no heated pool and no shuttle.

only “complaint” i would have is that the pool was ice cold freezing
