me a hotel resort fee after you guys already charged me for it , plus charged me 25 dollars for early check in which i though it was absurd

the gym was awesome. i was just there for a quick overnight, but i wish i was there longer!

loved the fact early check in was available since we were heading to coachella and needed to drop our stuff off

laundry facilities and pool they check in all guest keeps it calm they have worked with me on early check in a couple times which has really been nice i don't like staying anywhere else thanks

way too noisy..kids running thru the hallway knocking on doors and prank calling rooms

there was a bar and bistro, but when we saw it, it was a deserted little space in the lobby, not very inviting

the bar had also prepared delicious food

there were what sounded like teenage kids being loud in the hallway and then continuing their party in one of the

staff were amazing - the room was great, we got an early check in with no fee

the staff should 100% not have to serve as playground monitors for adults, but i wish they'd intervene when folks get really loud

a bar of soap is provided but shower gel would be great too if you wanted to use the tub

property, great villas with convenient kitchen area, excellent shower and very nice pool area

we were able to have early check in as well

was a lack of towels around the pool by the afternoon and it took quite a while for the staff to get some extras there when asked

i loved room service

way the one bedroom bungalow can sleep 2 adults and 2 kids as advertised

no coffee maker in the room which was a bummer because i had to call for room service and it was delayed for quite sometime
