we love the place, we especially liked the in-door pool!

only things i noticed were dust bunnies in the main area near laundry room and coffee spills on bathroom wall in room

gym equipment will be getting an upgrade, was not working properly

i think $40 for a pet fee is a bit high. it went from free, to $25 and now $40!

being denied early check in and late check out was very inconvenient as i traveled there from fl to see my

front desk was very helpful in getting us a room for an early check in due to being in town for and early morning funeral, which allows us time and space

my son wishes the pool was bigger but he had a ball in the pool still!

best western plus they have exceptional service as well as great rooms, clean, roomier, and great breakfast which is included

room we had which had a small kitchen microwave, fridge and a single coffee cup maker as well as a sink on the counter,

the room was large & had a kitchen. both help when you travel with a dog
