we were granted early check in

it was very family oriented and had a great outdoor hot tub and pool and pkay area for kids

laundry worked fine

staff were super friendly - restaurant is yummy and a lot to choose from - laundry and gym were perfect

pillows were a little too firm. one dryer in the laundry was not working.
