friendly and helpful reception, with my room ready despite my early arrival and kindly arranged a late check out for me too

royal homestay was very welcoming and accommodating to an early check in

pool area was great - water in the pools was warm and lots of areas to get out of the sun

sometimes the music from the bar was too loud.

we were given a 3 hour early check in and permitted to extend our check out time as well

of the outdoor patios are dangerous for little kids, they could easily fall through if they were curious enough

mini golf was very good to keep kids active and making friends with other

breakfast buffet is delicious and eating outside was really nice watching the ocean, nice breeze,

from check in where they upgraded us and let us have early check in to meals and poolside

the spa was very comfortable and private with exceptional amenities

sushi at the pool is a must - fresh and delicious

the breakfast menu, you can raise the price a little and get a better breakfast
