allowed early check in, room was really clean

the pool was a bit cold

none of the advertised facilities or amenities (breakfast, pool, wifi, fitness center) are open or work well

pool was dirty and equipment in the fitness area was broken

fitness room had mostly broken equipment and then we got locked into the room

had to pay an additional fee for early check in despite selecting the early time on the booking

the courtyard rooms were not so bad and the pool looked nice

were in the room changing after the pool getting ready to leave before checkout and the manager just opened the door

breakfast was not as advertised, gogurt and granola bar not what i had been led to believe

location good, didn't have the breakfast

friendly staff. allowed early check in

the staff was great i called for an early check in and they made sure it happened for me

it was 1:30 in the afternoon, standard check in at 3pm, requested an early check in when i booked, no refund even though we stayed at a different hotel

the hotel bar on the second floor was closed on wednesday evening (8:30pm) march 19th.

told that there is a concert in town and they've been booked for months and we can wait at the bar for a table but that wont be til 9
