accomadated me with an early check in w/out a high charge

we didn’t like anything about this place other than it was 15 minutes from the casino

i like the room and staff. the location is perfect for travel to either casinos.

when i get back from the casino it's usually 3am

the location is great make one turn and you're at the casino in 10 minutes

man who checked us in was very accommodating to us in regards to our early check in

breakfast was fair, no skim milk, no eggs, they had rasinbran cereal , white and wheat bread bagels

continental breakfast is lacking; however, the fast food restaurants being so close is a good option

in town for a funeral, needed a early check in so that i could view the body

i came, who explained about the hotel, the area, and was very accommodating when i asked about early check in, down to valet parking

additionally, the hotel-desk-clerks are proud to give different answers on whether or not the laundry facilities are working

no working ac units in two rooms so had to be moved rooms three times, no pool, no working guest laundry,6 out of order vending machines, dirty sheets, and to top it off horrible rude management

they didn’t change the sheets after the last people that stayed there, since they didn’t have laundry facilities to clean them

because of covid restrictions, it was wasn't your typical hot breakfast, but understandable!

out and they kept knocking on the door saying we was too loud but it was another guess having a kids party and they was loud but they ain’t knock on there door one time

was our wedding day and we needed an early check in and the hotel was able to accommodate us

we had an afternoon meeting and needed to change clothes before it so i called ahead to request early check in and she made it happen

com told me i could check in early without consulting the hotel, they accommodated my early check in

because there is an indoor pool, the lobby smells like chlorine. besides that, amazing hotel!
