early check in

early check-in was not a problem

i have to use my cellphone data to share wifi to the tv

our room was right outside a bar playing loud music until late.

gym had spinning bike and vibration plate machine which i thought was great

hotel didn’t speak english but everyone tried to help us when we were looking for a room for an early check in (had 10 hours layover at mexico city)

we got an early check in which was very nice and the staff were great.

location to the airport terminals with complimentary shuttle

clean, comfortable, good wifi, helpful staff

no yoga mats in the gym- needed for stretching and floor exercises

the staffs were helpful i ended up requesting for a late check out which was obliged and i was allowed to pay half the cost for a full

i was given an early check in when a room became available before check in time

another point is i have to pay extra for late check out

gym was a great bonus

wifi in room 2222 is not accesible. please work on that

area , so closed to the airport and walk 5 minutes to arrive and the hotel has big gym

they said i could do an early check in so i could leave my baggage and do whatever i needed to do

no bar in the room, neither breakfast or a close place to eat

i had to wait for the attendant when i went there for breakfast and the bar seemed unattended

reception staff with the exception of bar person

i was able to have a early check in and the reception team was very nice and helpful.

shuttle service is great, and the staff are excellent. great hotel

hotel is beautiful, the staff was excellent, the restaurant food was excellent as well, the shuttle drivers are to be commended, for dealing with horrible traffic

has nice restaurant, snack bar and bar right in the lobby which was very convenient

this hotel, the ratio quality price was great and i’m very happy the staff could accommodate my early check in

door of the room is always open and the prices for the restaurant and the bar are for a hostel way tooo

i had asked for a room with a window and the staff arranged that as well as an early check in

always check in early since i usually take the red eye and arrive at mexico city at 7am and they never charge me

had a big group of 8 people (2 adults and 6 kids)

room was very clean and the room service did a fantastic job as well

the kids enjoyed the complimentary snacks (cookies, muffins, chips, and guayabas this time of year) and

the wifi was awful! every floor had a different wifi that all barely connected...
