very accommodating with early check in, very clean and great location!

i asked for early check in and then once i got there did not get it

pool closes at sunset, wish it was open longer.

we ordered room service from roost and it was perfect

having a bar in the lobby of the hotel

jill at the bar not only made a killer old fashioned, but gave us wonderful food recommendations

i didn't get a chance to take part in the bar downstairs

she called to get a status on my room and it was ready so i was able to get a early check in

we requested early check in if possible, but we were unable to.

didn't receive the comp breakfast we were promised and the food prices and mixed drink prices were extremely rediculously

the chlorine in the pool was too strong

experience ever when they took my payment , after requesting for early check in and then confirming, it the printed the wrong date on receipt and after 1 day

the laundry facility could use a little cleaning

was good, kitchen not supplied with any utensils why have a kitchen if no pans

the bathroom, hair on the toilet seat, stained bed sheets and burn holes on the blanket and the kitchen area of the room was very dirty and falling apart

allowed 3 towels and 3 rags that’s all you get the front counter lady is under paid she does laundry and check ins and other duties this hotel looks like an investment that hasn’t had a

time of arrival, early check in, special request, clean environment, car rental and also made sure it fit my budget,

a great place to stay has clean laundry room gym, nice pool area

the laundry could use some improvement.

our rooms keys would not open the laundry room/canteen area

this property but don't count on it because both machines are out of order and there's no fitness gym that i ever saw anywhere and the business office an old old printer with a old desktop computer

loved the early check in and the fact that they offer late check out

the indoor pool for the kids was the best part along with the breakfast

we love the cooked to order breakfast, and enjoy the evening

there was a baseball tournament during our stay and although lots of kids we were not disturbed in our rooms

wished their shuttle was running but that was a covid regulation so it's definitely not a reflection on the

hotel staff accommodated me with a very early check in while i waited for my college student son to come
