my early check in request was not granted

room was clean and ready for early check in

i appreciated the early check in and was pleased with our 14th floor room and views

the wifi was terrible

is great, within walking distance to good places to eat, see(american river and walk), and casinos if that’s your thing but far enough away to be peaceful, quiet and with good city, river

it was an easy walk from the riverwalk to all of the casinos and eateries

an escape from the casino hotels that are loud and full of smoke

it has an indoor pool and smaller gym

early check in ac on when going in providing cool room front desk was courteous

helpful staff who held our kids eye glasses they forgot and was willing to mail them to us

the kids were disappointed the pool was closed

bar, shuttle

only had a short time, but the pool area was wonderful

front desk staff were super friendly and let me early check in at 10am

little breakfast bar with snacks makes things easy

i ordered dinner at the bar and it was excellent. left very early in the am, before breakfast.

the breakfast, gym and bar were good too

not much to do for children at the hotel itself, but they have a bar and pool table for the adults

the room was clean and comfortable. i loved the indoor pool and hot tub.

pool needed to be cleaned the water was green.

had very slippery floor around it, our kids fell twice and they are used to walking not running around pools
