i called when i pulled up and spoke to sydney to inquire if by chance our room could accommodate early check in

pool was beautiful

minute reservation after having to cancel my previous hotel due to lack of communication over the pet policy

always dependable, clean and a good breakfast. have never been disappointed here.

being denied early check in and late check out was very inconvenient as i traveled there from fl to see my

front desk was very helpful in getting us a room for an early check in due to being in town for and early morning funeral, which allows us time and space

we were evacuating and your wonderful staff did not charge us to early check in. :)

water in the pool was to cold

i didn't eat any breakfast but i was told that the food was excellent.

the staff was very friendly and they happily accommodated my early check in request

let us have a very early check in after a poor experience at another hotel

kids really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool

there were groups of families i guess with teenagers next to us and on our floor and the older kids seemed to congregate in the hall

free dinner (buffet of bbq, hot dogs, nachos) and a free breakfast

we arrived early just yo make sure we were good and they offered early check in

the pool/courtyard area was a nice added touch

free laundry, treats, & wine. fair price for room.. good breakfast

didn’t like when some of the kids peed in the pool in my face, starting to swell up because of all the chlorine and pee mixed

the pool wasn't circulating so it was warm

the staff kind and friendly it was clean the breakfast was good too, the best apple juice and the laundry room well i was pleased
