staff were very helped and welcomed us with a welcome drink and early check in due to a very long flight to cartagena

noise at the pool , people were really noisy and playing their own music on top of the actual music already and

also, main bar cocktails were to die for

courtyard pool, rooftop pool, lushness, location, service, breakfast, everything was great!

the breakfast was a real highlight; there was such a wide variety of options to choose from, and

they let us do an early check in which i greatly appreciated

we asked for early check in, they said check in was at 3 and they couldn't do earlier

(but again if you want service; this team will deliver, they are so nice) i was there with the kids and they made us feel at home

your day starts with a great a la carte breakfast and the smiling good morning of the stuff

the beds at the swimming pool need to be clean up better. that's my only comment.

they gave us early check in which was so nice and then late check out when we had to wait for an evening flight

if you want a view - the pool view is amazing

the rooftop pool is a great area to chill and the food they serve is amazing
