tour bus of young kids on same floor that were loud but honestly once inside room totally quiet

not receive free breakfast and water park was closed

had to travel across the street to a different hotel for breakfast

location was good , staff was nice , room was available for early check in

able to do early check in as soon as our room was available, staff was very helpful and polite

were on the 3rd floor, which was convienient to laundry and breakfast

nicole was able to do an early check in for me, and called me right as i was getting in st
