this hotel managed to keep power on and front desk receptionist accommodated early check in

they did an early check in with no fuss, super accommodating

they found early check in for me and the room was extra clean.
is close to a lot of amenities, it has a pool and spa, starbucks and it is a beautiful property
no coffee or water for free when we were waiting an open bottle of water on honor bar desk staff was cold and not communicative
the swimming pool was a little dirty.
they offered the pool by appointment but i did not know that until i walked in the hotel to check in

of wifi connection my first night and morning caused me severe inconvenience as an international

they accommodated our early check in no problem
pool was closed the middle of september because the season, ask for room service for towels
the front desk people were very nice and pleasant. it has it s own kitchen. very clean.
24/7 shuttle between sea airport and the hotel, friendly, clean; great breakfast and facilities
my kids absolutely love the court
