allowed early check in at no additional cost

when we arrived about 45 minutes early, we were allowed early check in, which was nice

pool was down for maintenance, but we didn't have time to use it anyways

hotel and room were clean and comfortable. great breakfast, great staff. highly recommend.

breakfast was as expected with waffles, fluffy eggs, sausage and cereals.

staff were very friendly and helpful, and they were very accommodating about an early check in

the room, facilities, pool and barbeque are really attractive for families with kids

the water in the pool was a little warm, my kids felt them to be cold on the day they wanted to swim

did notice that there was no life preserver near the pool as in years past

took about 10 kids and they were very patient with them and i think the staff for that

we are a family of four (2 adults + 2 kids) and an additional two chairs would have made breakfast more comfy - but even without it, we

com said the room had 2 full beds but they were doubles and we were 2 adults and 3 kids

so thankful for our early check in and room upgrade

the noise level and kids running around late at night woke us up each night

at the pool on our first night, at 7:30pm, staff came out and said they had complaints and the kids were being too loud playing marco/polo
