i requested early check in and they were happy to oblige

no pots or pans in the kitchenette you do have the option to purchase your own, but really

had a kitchenette but no utensils (pots/pans)

i booked this hotel only for the in built kitchen for our 1

kitchenette was sufficient

she helped with an early check in as well lots of local places to eat

but it was the only holiday inn express that we have stayed in that did not provide free breakfast, which was disappointing

breakfast was very good and quite reasonable as kids under 10 ate free with an adult

the kids enjoyed swimming in the poll

the staff was very friendly and helpful. we loved the pool

i was able to pay 50 bucks for a early check in.

i called the day of reservation and asked if we could do early check in

i wish the pool was indoors and not outside. it would have been nice to have a hot tub .

i liked the breakfast bar

no free weights or bench in the gym.

gym only had a few equipment pieces. tv didn't have a menu option to know what you were watching

pool is open til 10pm, and laundry room was clean

breakfast was not too good. we had expected a variety of items on the menu.

i asked for early check in and they called to let me know my room was ready at 10:30am

convenient location of our room on the first floor gave us access to the pool and i am a smoker so it was also close to the outside door
