we requested early check in through third party booking but the hotel had not received the messaged
hotel and facilities were located near many stores and restaurants which was convenient because breakfast was the only meal available
check in staff lyric was courteous and professional. breakfast was great with plenty of options.

night staff are really nice to the kids and gave us chocolate milk for them to go to sleep

told to call early to make sure my 3 rooms were close together and also have an early check in
second time we’ve stayed here. the “heated” pool is still pretty cold.
pool was very cold and cloudy from multiple users
the toilet in my room kept overflowing . and the pool was out of order .
absolutely nice room, bed, extra space, breakfast every thing was great.
