we took the last room and they gave us an early check in and a ground floor room since we coudn't do the stairs

(+) the location is great and you can walk to abrigados spa and tlaquepaque village in just a few minutes (-)signs toward nextdoor spa would be nice. (+) each room is spacious and beautiful, the lobby feels like a cozy living room, and they offer complimentary (+) the hotel was perfectly located next to shops and restaurants and the access to the spa and pool next door was an added bonus (+) the rustic fire place and spa tub were used everyday of are 4 day stay (+) also includes access to the next-door hotel's spa facilities which we used and loved

the creek gave the kids a chance to explore the natural world

the kids had their own space to sleep without feeling they were on top of each other

our kids would sacrifice all the room for a running creek out front of the unit, not within walking

we've stayed a couple times now but were upgraded to a hot tub room, the kids loved it
