i went there on a medical issue and was supposedt to have early check in but that did not happen

clean, quiet, indoor pool was open till 10pm

shuttle service was a big plus. the free breakfast was good as well.

parking lot was well lit and clean, lobby was really clean

parking was ok.

we were coming into lake charles for a funeral and we needed an early check in time in order to travel from out of state and get here to be able to get dressed

to check in around 230 pm (had requested an early check in)

we arrived to lake charles sooner than expected and we attempted to try early check in and she informed us she had a room available and that she could help with that

love how there was a basketball court at the hotel because i love playing basketball and how the pool felt when i got in there

the pool was nice at the end of the day to relax

wish pool was bigger

staff was very friendly, early check in was great, clean facility, and good standard breakfast.

the breakfast was a little cold.
