staff accommodated us with an early check in and late check out

they wouldn t heat the pool for us even though we asked them to

asl for service in the pool and they say yes and never came

wifi was a bit weird.. on and off during the day..

the property has lots of parking and nice view of the ocean.

although on the website i was able to choose an early check in, there is nobody in front desk from 8am to 9pm

only thing i did not like is that i put my things a certain way and room service was going through my thing when there is no purpose of them, touching my things to

just the parking is not very good because is across the street but is ok

rooms were spacious and absolutely beautiful, the pool are was really nice as well

free breakfast was delicious and the hotel was easy to get to with plenty of parking

the price was a bit high because there no pool or what r bar

the morning after we stayed, we had breakfast at ha'che and it was out of this world good

loved their restaurants. we had dinner and breakfast and everything was delicious.

reception was so kind to accommodate our early check in request even tho it was out of luck
