3 phone calls to the resort requesting an early check in on one of the three rooms to drop off our classes at 11 o clock nothing was

resort is wonderful for our kids, we had a 1 bedroom apartment, ground floor

the wifi system is not their strongest point.

great facilities, pool areas were great

staff are required in the hotel bar and they need to have a drinks service at the sand pool in july a key holiday month

early check in. the staff was very helpful. the breakfast was fabulous. comfortable bed.☺️

water in outdoor pool could have been a bit warmer.

the wifi access process was a pain

in the indoor swimming pool was packed with super noisy screaming kids.

staff were friendly and were able to accommodate an early check in when we arrived as well as an early breakfast the day we checked out

while our room wasn’t ready for an early check in, we were able to use showers and stash our luggage

wifi was very spotty.

the staff was also lovely and the pool on the roof was nicely heated

wifi was a bit variable and didn't work very well on the balcony.
