check in was smooth and the hosts were able to get the room prepped for early check in

the motel is right by the estes park golf course where a ton of elk always stay so every morning we got to wake up and see the elk

they can't guarantee early check in

the pool area needs a little attention, but overall would stay at this property

kids loved the cereal and the juice

hot tub was full of kids splashing around all the time; they need to have adults only hours (after 8 pm, maybe

location, atmosphere and the kids loved the s’mores every evening!

i loved the heated pool, the 10 to 12 person hot tub, and all of the yard games that were available

rented a suite with king bed, bath (heart-shaped bubble bath in the room), shower, tv, and kitchenette

the kitchen was well=appointed with every gadget you could need

we had a ground floor room, very handy for bringing bikes and gear in, and a very handy laundry setup with free laundry soap

they also accommodated an early check in, which was a game changer for us with arriving after an early flight

pool was great as well as breakfast

the added privacy, kitchenette, fire place and private hot tub were all wonderful

we usually prefer a kitchenette but the price was too good to turn down.

love the location and that it was only for adults also the owner was very friendly and helpful

all the rooms were nice - bedroom, living room area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom (super comfy)

but at least the kitchen comes with everything you need

the only thing needed to prepare a meal in the kitchen or grill on the deck was the food

we were able to get an early check in and the front desk was very accommodating

we had a room with its own spa tub

we didn't get to enjoy the bar ( i was way too cold to go out) but i definitely will next time

the cabin is spacious and we loved all the windows, natural light, the kitchen and the fireplaces

also i wish the patio bar would've been open a bit later but we can probably thank covid for that

communication was wonderful. worked with us on early check in and was very accommodating

they allowed us to do a late check out free of charge

hot water in bathroom tub faucet wouldn't get very hot, use pan from kitchen to add hot water to the bath

has a nice pool area

when we booked we were informed there was a shuttle that would take us to pearl street but not told that it was only monday thru friday and our

breakfast was excellent, a sack of hot and cold foods that you can select

i had called prior to us arriving for an early check in which was given to us at no extra cost and without a problem

we signed up for the rewards program (free) and got early check in and late check out

liked free coffee and hot chocolate, early check in, the facility was clean and quiet, and the breakfast had a decent variety

we do wish breakfast was served longer, it ends at 9:30am and we had just missed it.
