we loved the spacious pool

the spa is very good value for money and very nice massages and warm jacuzzi

breakfast spoiled us and the rest of the meals was very local, fresh and just delicious

breakfast was delicious with a plate of fresh fruit to start

very friendly staff able to do the early check in ( fast and we got the room by1pm)

we never ate in the restaurant or had room service

were there october 18th/19th and the bell men, front desk agents and breakfast attendants were excellent

wifi was pretty bad in the room and you can only stay in the jacuzzi for 1 hour the entire day

main square, downtown pereira, hotel is clean, nice excellent service and a lovely sky roof with bar and restaurant

also early check in

were extremely helpful, some of the best i experienced in colombia everything worked - hot water, wifi, bed was comfy, tv was good, everything was clean, breakfast was good

there were several wifi signals but none of them worked

liked that they offered breakfast in the morning
