we got an early check in which was very nice and the staff were great.
good wifi, free water
the room service was prompt and the restaurants was very good and comfy
kids running around screaming and laughing past midnight
gym was good and 24 hours if required, some of the machines werent working properly

i was given an early check in when a room became available before check in time

they said i could do an early check in so i could leave my baggage and do whatever i needed to do
unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist. no bar and restaurant still blaming covid
no bar in the room, neither breakfast or a close place to eat
i had to wait for the attendant when i went there for breakfast and the bar seemed unattended
reception staff with the exception of bar person

hotel didn’t speak english but everyone tried to help us when we were looking for a room for an early check in (had 10 hours layover at mexico city)
