pool had no water in it and was closed. i’m pretty sure it was closed due to covid-19

pool area was a bit dirty room had a smoky smell and we were in a non smoking room.

was very kind, the rooms were amazing, the pool was super warm and awesome, and it was just all around an amazing stay

the clerk who took over the next shift and also the shuttle driver were equally helpful and kind

we returned to the hotel on saturday evening there were no parking spaces available in the hotel lot

a little difficult to get into parking lot but would not deter me from staying again.

kids were running around all weekend without their parents and all hours of the night

because i brought the kids to swim for spring break, but richard at the front desk said the pool was down but called the sister hotel so we were able to swim in their pool
