pool was not open

i love the walking paths behind the hotel and the pool and hot tub with a view of the lake

the pool area needed a little maintenance but otherwise, everything was great!

the pool deck needed cleaning and the hot tub did not work

being at the pool in the evening when no other guests were there

it was our first visit to this location, and both hotel and casino staff weren’t too great with answering questions or providing guidance for property

odd that the casino had only one bar open on a night where the crowd was at maximum. long line.

disturbing the dog, the kids and waking everyone

did call room service at 10:45 pm and ordered 2 orders

it would have been nice if the bar at the hotel stayed open later.

it's a safe place for your family and kids too

tough getting a shuttle when one is supposedly offered for free.

they did not serve eggs and bacon for breakfast.
