the pool was cool and clean and very much appreciated in the heat

t didn't help that there were hardly any guests) there was no wifi in the room but the wifi they offered in the public areas was very slow and wouldn't download

the restaurant is quite good, and the bar area has sofas and tables that make a nice gathering spot

wifi was good speed

and toucans excellent hot spring pools available 24h/day a lot of privacy and calmness great breakfast with an opportunity to taste a homemade

we have 3 kids which can be tricky with accommodation, but they actually had beds for all of us in one room

very clean pool with a view if the miravalles crater and the cows on their gorgeous and peaceful

the food was perfect, breakfast, lunch and diner all of good quality

the coffee at breakfast was lukewarm. they did not keep it in a thermos.

we did do some spa services, which were ok
