we had a very sweet cleaning lady check with us to see if we needed room service on our second day

room service menu is small and doesn t offer much variety

nice pool and hot tub area. wifi worked well. really nice view of the water.

was on a floor with a bunch of kids there for a tournament and was unable to enjoy the pool or hot tub on those cold and snowy

the one thing i think needs improvement is the room service menu.

laundry room is located right at entrance spewing heat into tiny lobby

the hotel was inexpensive and close to shopping. the hotel had laundry facilities available.

102 is a king size bed but there is some type of machine either a big ice machine or the laundry room nearby that causes a hum and a vibrating feeling when trying to sleep

enjoyed the pool with my kids and my kids loved the work out room

we would have liked to use the spa area which was closed and also to sit outside in the evening.

were unable to use the pool area, the room seemed too small and the chemical smell was overpowering making it difficult to

booked a king bed with a pull out sofa as my partner and i were traveling with our kids we figured our daughter would want to sleep in bed with us and our son would be on the sofa
