i loved all the pools, the restaurants and how large the property was. the gym was nice too.

the pool is huge and it is easy to social distance from the neighbors

management needs to update the big pool and the rooms also need modernization and

breakfast enjoyed it since the day we arrived, unfortunately we didn’t have time to have

missed a snack bar - other than tacos. otherwise, very good.

final complaint - the recreation staff blare music, with huge speakers, heavy bass, at the pool from first thing in the morning to 7-8 pm

outdated hotel windows in the bathroom need to be fixed no blankets lots of ants lines at the bar were always so long

it is an “all inclusive” hotel; with only one restaurant and one bar opened, in specific hours

bar was awful, only one pool full of people, beach was dirty with garbage, alcoholic drinks were

pool tiles are falling off so kids cut their toes up, and honestly the best part of our stay here was the drinks and
