i called the hotel to see if we were able to check in early (i think normal check in is either 3 or 4pm here) and we got in at 9am

i was happy they had a laundry on site

i didn't like that the bar on the property closed at 6:00 pm.

what really stood out were all the fun activities for the kids, from miniature golf and corn hole to ping pong, they were never bored

a few miles for downtown key west but they have shuttle service to get your there and back.

i love how right when we got there we were offered champagne, very classy (: the bar inside is also awesome

room and pool were excellent but i think i liked and appreciated the shuttle to and from old town

our room was located next to the laundry and the staff gathered there in the mornings and were very loud

the staff (all of them), the guests, the music that played, the separate adult abs kids pools, the closeness of the beach and pool (+) i love that there was an adult pool for 18 and over, and a family pool for the little kids (+) i like that it had 2 pools, one for kids (+) it's great that the pools are separated for kids and adults but they are not clean, at least not to the level that you would expect from a (-) the friends kids argued every night, who can sleep in parents' bed

what a treat to be able to order and enjoy breakfast while visiting by the pool with other guests to start our day

were seven of us and we enjoyed being able to sit outdoors by the pool and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere and food

the front porch is so encoring. the pool was an added surprise.
