the pool was ver dirty

the heated pool ,restaurant, bar everything was ud83dudc4d great

the mini fridge and stocked kitchen were great

stove, small fridge although the website has a full kitchen photo

the mini gym is only good for one person or two the most

loved the waterslide, pool and jacuzzi

reception was very welcoming and able to accommodate a early check in and late checkout

breakfast could be a little better if they offer fried eggs or more fruit varieties.

the only thing i did like was the pool and spa outside and the location of the hotel.

the ac in the gym was broken and hanging from the wall

no breakfast that i was aware of, we had a kitchen in our unit

early check in. i arrived on friday and was able to check in before 12 noon.

very old room service guys enter room with just one knock without waiting for the guests to open the door

very comfortable room, but did lack in kitchen essentials such as fry pan, bowls and scissors.

we often heard kids kids yelling from other floors as well

there was no hot chocolate for the kids either

pools/spas/gyms closed as per public health recs and breakfast is served in a to go box

we found all the items in the kitchen

i like the kitchen most in the room. the facility is perfect for family to stay.

location right by the gondola, swimming pool and mini golf and very close to the activity zone at the top of the village

sauna area attached to the gym was locked and only opened at 10

the hot tub was not hot and the gym was lacking more options.

mj was the receptionist when we arrived and she allowed us an early check in, upgraded our room to one with a view and we believe we must have got the best room

extras (first tracks, tubing), free breakfast, ski lockers, accommodating staff (early check in possible)

also, all the amenities like gym, etc were closed

breakfast was tasty and varied

i book a suite with a full kitchen but it was not a full kitchen

the room is nice (separate bedroom, small kitchen, fireplace)

bonus kids playroom next to breakfast area

pool stays open later than 5pm and opens atleast 10am

the room was very comfortable, with a kitchenette, fireplace, comfortable couch, king bed, and upgraded tv

i wish there was room service available.

not the hotel's fault, per se, but each day we were there, there were kids screaming around the pool and running up and down the hallway

was sleeping on the pull out as my kids had the bed and i was cold lol i could have used an extra blanket in the room

room service was way overpriced.

the kids got to enjoy the heated outdoor pool every day of our stay

other home wood suites i have stayed in

the hot spa and sauna was a bonus

location, easy parking

the breakfast buffet was way better than what i expected

are a young couple and we went for a romantic trip and there were just too many kids everywhere

we arrived early and the staff made all they could do to provide us with early check in

charming fantastic restaurant amazing service nice bar area

service was a little slow at bar/ lunch/ pool but staff was so pleasant it was hard to be upset

the staff, the pool, the garden, the ambience,the decor everything was magnificient

the food was also delicious, though we only ate in the bar area where we could bring our dog
