the pool area was nice

of the rooms would benefit from updating, especially in bldg k, and the bar building needs updating

great location, friendly staff, bar and restaurant on property!

we went to the resort bar every evening and had amazing drinks

got a rum punch at the bar which way way too sweet, almost undrinkable

nicky, and merickston were all so welcoming and catered to all my asks for dietary restrictions, wifi, airport transfers, etc

i used the mineral bath, pools, basketball court, jogging track, and took pictures of the spa grounds and gorgeous resort grounds

spa service were excellent and accommodating to our schedule

and no wifi in the rooms is a big no

they have rich menu for each meal (breakfast lunch and dinner) and drinks are always ready and good (+) breakfast, lunch, and dinner right on site (+) the chef woke up early to make us breakfast because we were leaving on an early excursion (+)food was great breakfast, lunch and dinner (+)breakfast was great (-) breakfast was actually bad (-)items are steep: the costs of appetizers, local fruit juice, coconuts, cup of drip coffee and breakfast items rival manhattan prices (-) the breakfast was pretty disappointing (-) no breakfast included

the pool was great for the kids

room service was forgotten and misplaced and it was very late in the evening

the complimentary breakfast was delicious and ordering food from the kitchen for dinner was easy and just as yummy

fruit, orange juice cause if you don't like eggs, you could be a little desesperate with their breakfast

weather was raining so didn't get to use the pool

there is a rooftop pool and sitting area with excellent views of town

the reason for booking this hotel were all closed or in horrible condition, like the pool and gym

stopped working and we had to move to a different room then, the wifi stopped working
