the wifi didn t work

complaints for the budget room, easy access and parking

our room was located, parking was not easily accessible, had to park on the other side of the building

they were no breakfast or any coffie

breakfast could of ben better.

the breakfast was amazing! my sister's n i had the whole pool to ourselves.

breakfast was adequate.

the receptionist on friday evening was super helpful and cleaned the pool area between each family using it

loved the pool

room, parking, laundry, fitness all clean and fine

location was excellent but handicap parking was limited; whataburger restaurant very close by

rude staff, my account being charged twice, the pool wasn t that warm & the breakfast wasn t that good

not enough parking to accommodate boats

early morning leaf blowers in the parking lot and they blew leaves and dirt all over our car

the parking lot was clean, landscaping well-maintained, smelled fresh upon entry to our room everything

like they don't serve breakfast because of covid19 but allowed people to walk around without mask

the pool was nice ! it could be bigger though

i missed being in the pool, but due to the coronavirus the pool was closed

the pool was very nice as well as the gym. the room was extremely clean.

the only thing is the pool was closed, but that was due to covid

were what appeared to be employees being served in the bar area late at night on saturday

staff were very willing to change our room due to wifi and air conditioning unit noise.

wifi in the 1st room we were assigned was very poor/non-existent strength level

is definitely not a place for kids and family

clean and great location to clemson u. convenient to everything. nice pool

would have liked a regular table with 4 chairs, but we made do with the bar stool situation
