staff, lovely breakfast, kids loved it, pool was clean,room was simple and clean

complimentary breakfast; there was even someone cooking omelets to order

when rain started at 5pm and didn’t let up we didn’t want to take shuttle to town then wait in rain for return shuttle

the gym didn’t have a variety of different machines ( mostly treadmills ) the outdoor spa is not

ski out was great literally right on the base of the main lift that had greens ans blues for the kids so we didn't have to walk far

location, small but helpful kitchenette, literally right on the slopes, fun game room, great bar with large fireplace, convenient mexican restaurant

the gym is not open 24/7, neither is the sauna

noisy one night. darn kids running around and slamming doors. use earplugs!

fireplace going in the morning and a pool table to play on during the evening were a plus
