the staff was super accommodating, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the hot tub/pool area was spotless

spa and the grotto experience were exactly what i needed

i used all of the facilities: water (in and out), gym, and the lovely three owl bar (+) gym was good and the spa wonderful (+) the gym is a great size and has nice equipment

however, they've recently made some major updates to the room, lobby area, breakfast area and added an indoor pool

construction so we were asked to use the pool in the hotel next door which wasn’t heated so the kids didn’t enjoy it

we picked this location be cause his father works at saints bar and grill, right down the street

had to clean hair and something brown out of the tub and throw away a used bar of soap with hair on it

appreciated the late check out

from the sales department, and gave us and other guests some nice perks - breakfast tokens and laundry detergent at no charge

the breakfast bar only offered coffee and milk

covid19 closed the pool.

was so comfortable, pool & spa was very nice, cleanest hotel i been ever

the room we stayed in was nice, well equipped and comfortable. the spa tub was very nice.

we stayed in the english spa room which was cozy and cute

breakfast & location were just fine for what we wanted to do.
