staff, pool, hot tub food for breakfast, location, every thing about this place was amazing

good breakfast and quiet place .

breakfast was average, compared to similar hotel's included breakfast

great location, staff and breakfast, clean spacious rooms, parking.

would have liked cooked eggs for breakfast but it isn’t a deal breaker.

activities such as pool gym and breakfast were all not offered even tho it said when i booked the room that it was and that

we could do our wash after traveling for over a week. they had laundry facilities.

in the bathroom was dusty, the bed had springs that poked us, the front desk initially said the gym was open but then later said it was closed, the paint in the bathroom was 3 different colors

amenities were still closed due to covid (pool/ gym)

there was no breakfast but that was because of covide 19

cleanliness, noise. safety concerns. smell of cigarette smoke in hallway by gym.

laundry on site & they also had breakfast

very nice hotel. nice to have a hot breakfast. nice gym and outside pool.

the bar is only open on the weekends

inside of the hotel (restaurant, bar, gym etc) was closed for covid safety

we enjoyed the bar on level 3 and the games bar.

the gal running the upstairs cloud bar was impressive

the cloud bar on the 4th floor offers amazing views over the columbia river, and ahles point cabin is an

beautiful hotel, well ran, great staff, large rooms, clean and best continental breakfast i have ever had

no one told me that the free breakfast was closed i kinda figure the pool and gym was closed

breakfast and the entire stay was great not one complaint

breakfast was not a good option and the coffee creamer pumps were clogged so hardly any cream came

rooms are decent and the staff was great. liked the pool as well

the free breakfast was was very good and supplied well to keep up with arriving guests

the pool and hot tub were the best we’d ever experienced at any best western, the pool was warm and

are clean, breakfast was good, kids really enjoyed the halloween decorations and the pool

wish the pool & hot tub was up and running.
