poor breakfast

my room was across from the laundry room and storage space

nice to be able to use the local gym for free as part of our stay

laundry & treadmill available. steps from two name-brand restaurants.

breakfast was ok i would have preferred waffles. the location was excellent

no towels at pool

pool was dirty and my tub was stopped up

grab and go breakfast left little to be desired, but completely understandable considering the pandemic that is

breakfast was ok not a lot of variety.

pool was closed

only thing was the pool hours

worked saturday night just the next day the jets didn't work but it was still nice ud83dude42 the pool water was really cold

kids on computer in the communal office area a prolonged time

young lady at bar was very kind and provided excellent service.

indoor pool and jacuzzi, snacks, bar and restaurant on site.

better breakfast

staff was very nice during check-in breakfast was good the bed was really soft room was clean facility was clean overall great

breakfast needs more selections

many outside ppl who were in pool

we booked in the website, stated that there were not extra fees for pets

unfortunately the pet fee went up still cheaper than other places

we had enough room to park a 26’ uhaul in the back

due to covid-19 they still have a decent breakfast with coffee, danish, muffins and juices

convenient location. excellent value. pet friendly. nice staff. hearty breakfast.

bartender was rude and obnoxious

additionally, room service was the worst

being able to get to room service after 9 hour drive was awesome

the college and the new plaza that offers a few restaurants and shops, clean, bright and ample parking on the sides for larger vehicles

i like the process for ordering room service

the pool was not open yet even though the hotel had been open for over a month. no excuse!

were pretty bummed the indoor pool heater was broken

they recommended a sports bar for dinner because staff wasn't sure food service area would open

clean, convenient parking & lighting was good

kids running the hallways and knocking on doors but that isn't the hotel's fault.

little league baseball team was staying there wanted to swim but the pool was full of wild kids

pool was closed. we had 6 kids and 100+degrees and no pool with no notice ud83dude22

very friendly staff, allowed us to have a late check out

clean friendly staff my kids enjoyed the indoor pool

indoor pool and gym and basketball court staff courteousness in dealing with room problem

the man behind the bar was very nice

having a restaurant and bar was really great too
