clean studio with full kitchen - all samsung appliances, a reading table just like in my own home

i am all about kids having fun but don’t damage property of guests

views, access to good coffee and nice sandwiches, play area for kids, nice looking clean

would be the price and the kids that were riding around in a golf cart around the parking lot

the room was a great size and had an impressive kitchen

one working washer in the laundry room

laundry facilities were awesome and great to have

too many kids in the pool hot tub area, didn't want to use it because of that

we had a loud rowdy family with kids and every single question was answered with patience, a smile and a friendly attitude

the room was comfortable, and the hotel offered laundry service

staff; great location for accessing the tour boats, national park visitor center, restaurants, etc

the shuttle van worked out great picking up our luggage when we got into town on the train from

need air conditioning in rooms and laundry room.

was great for our needs, we wanted to visit the kenai fjords national park, explore the small port town and eat some fresh seafood

it is also a block away (stop #5) from the free shuttle that runs through town

the wifi was spotty. it was the off season so most of the restraints were closed or over priced.

the wifi is very slow and the connection fail sometimes. the bed is too soft.

would have like to have been told where the ice and vending machines were and the access to a gym at check-in

bar and restaurant are nice, but not really kid friendly

the town s free shuttle service was very convenient as well as having some tours pickup and drop-off right at the

breakfast selection was great and laundry service was free

we were put across from the laundry room and they started doing laundry at 3 am

the staff were very helpful! i loved that there was laundry.
